How It Works
To become an approved carrier you must provide and meet the following criteria:
1. Submit carrier profile sheet
2. Submit certificate of authority
3. Submit the Dispatch-Carrier agreement
4. Provide a Certificate of Insurance with the minimum requirements of $100,000 Cargo Coverage and $1,000,000 Auto Coverage
5. Submit W-9
6. Submit power attorney
